Happy Wednesday, friends. I'm feeling pretty energized and refreshed this morning. I just took a couple days to evaluate my routines and brainstorm how to make my days more intentional and full of good things. It feels like a new year to me, nothing like a clean slate and fresh start in the middle of April :)
-I'm adding in The 5 Minute Journal into my morning and evening routine as a way to add more gratitude and intention into my everyday.
-I'm going to cut down on tv time. This is a big one, it's such a problem in the winter when it's cold and dark all the time. With the days getting longer, I'm hoping to spend more time outside with friends and neighbors and less time in front of the television.
-I'm going to read more (or listen to audiobooks because it's so much easier with a little one in the house)
-Limit my phone and social media time, especially around people and at night. It's such an attention suck and and I want my attention to be devoted to my loved ones right in front of me.
Those are just a few of my goals. Anyone else have any life-bettering goals or routines they want to share?? I'm all ears!
Ahem, back to this blog post. I'm so excited about these images. I had such a fun time third wheeling with these two in the forest a couple weeks ago. They are so at ease with each other and a joy to be around. Hiking around in the woods is one of my favorite things and it was a treat to be back on one of my favorite trails documenting these two and their sweet relationship.
